My Training
Several years of experience as a self-employed real estate agent in the areas of buying, selling, renting, and property management. At the same time, I managed a roofing business for several years as an independent master roofer, focusing on consulting, planning, and construction execution.
My Expertise
Since 2017, I have been working as an appraiser for the valuation of developed and undeveloped properties. I completed a compact training program at DEGIB (German Society for Property Valuation).
My core competencies include valuation methods, location analyses, and building assessments, as well as the preparation of market value appraisals.

Starting out as a master craftsman with his own business, Christopher Ehren has been active as a real estate agent with his company, Immobilien & Maklerbüro Christopher Ehren, since 1997. Despite additional roles as an expert appraiser, damage assessor, and construction supervisor, his true passion remains real estate brokerage.
